At Intuition Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are rolling in the right gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your skates or hardware are in brand-new, unmounted condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your invoice; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
